I've tried calling Celebrity - spend endless time on hold with the "your call is important to us" message repeated every 15 seconds. When I finally do get through, they don't know answers to my questions and then they transfer me back into a loop for another department.
The call to the legal department lasted 25 minutes before I hung up and I couldn't leave a message. Their recorded message said it might take as long as 10 minutes. Press 1 to leave a message. Of course it wouldn't let me exit the hold cycle.
Then I tried email and I've had no response. I have several questions and I can't get answers. I figured if I could speak with someone in the HOA that I might get some questions answered. But if they don't answer my questions, answer the phone or answer my emails, how do I find out the contact information for the HOA president?
