We were considering buying another week - even year and he was helping us and found one, but we decided that since we had an every other year there and 2 every week at (Embassy) Lake Tahoe Vacation Resort, we had enough for the area.

Yes, nothing yet. However, I have an annual to sell. I cannot use the annual, it's too much time for me with other timeshares I have. I would trade for a bi annual with some cash towards purchase.

Somehow I received two emails from an id marked as "jujubean @ Timeshare Forums" ask me if I want do a trade. I am pretty sure I don't own in this resort. Are you just happen to see I have EOY contract and try to do a exchange with me? Or is it a email you have no idea about it?
