Looking for information regarding exchange experiences using Platinum Interchange. I am contemplating using them and would like a little input before making the plunge.
They are owned by a management company that runs 20 or so resorts. So their inventory of those resorts is probably great. In addition they seem to be able to get good Worldmark weeks.
As always YMMV, and it helps to be flexible, request early, yada, yada ...
A bit late, but we used them for a trip this fall and everything went perfectly! I really like the idea of being able to see what's available before depositing. They are pretty heavy on inventory for the resorts they manage, but have seen a couple pretty good weeks for other resorts in the past (eg Morritt's in Grand Cayman).
Since Platinum is on board here. You may want to ask them any questions that you may have directly in there Forum.
If you want we can also move this thread there or just leave it here.

I was really looking for TS4MS member input as to their recent experiences with Platinum Interchange. It was not a question for them....
Well, you are much better off using RCI or II or even SFX or DAE.
Platinum Interchange, has been going down hill for a few years now. Most of the orginal agents and staff have been fired or just left on their own.
As you may or may not know, Platinum Interchange was bought out by a giant company (Berkely Group) and they have NO plans to help out or expand the exchange dept. in fact they are RCI's biggest customer. All you get at Platinum is third rate resorts at the best most of the time. And it will get a whole lot worse as time goes on.
