Aquamarine Villas, Oceanside CA, one of the all time best RCI traders in years past, anyone have any recent experience?

HG has two of them, one on end of year sale, betcha both could be had for the price of one if you caught them at the end of the month.

I remember the talk about it OY and the Blue Whale but can't remember who owned there, maybe there's something in the OY archives.

Still trades great for me. The mf's are getting high and there is a potential $50 per week tax being voted on today (taxation without representation ringing any bells?). I traded my 2007 week for a 2 bdr at Fitzpatrick Castle in Ireland in August, 2008.

It does still trade well. (The same as my other SoCal summer beach weeks)

In todays market, even at 2-1, thats too expensive

Sand Pebbles studios trade just as well and maint fees are $294/week
Cost of the timeshare in the $2K range.

$3200 / 2 = $1600 but that's all just a guess based on an offer like that being accepted at the end of the month.

Yeah, I wasn't thinking.. $1600 each would be a pretty good deal.. Depends on the closing costs.

If you buy more than one at the same resort, you only pay one closing with HG, and thanks to Dave I have the name of one of the better 'Vacationeers' at HG if anyone wants it.
