HG entertains offers on their listings... it used to be after 3days listed but as of 1Jul06 it's now 7days listed before they will take offers.

The resort group I am interested in, look like someone has cleaned it from them (HG). Actually, looks like someone has cleaned a lot from all different sources. Good thing is I am looking to use them for trip after 2009, so still has 2 winters. Wonder how the deal was done like that (like what is the discount actually got). But it is a pleasure to watch someone take inventories out of market without cause any resell price change.
