This is relist. Same seller laman34. Old list is 290056692406. Best Offer Style with buyin price $97K. Get few offers, guess too low. Also, the old list end at a Dec-9. This year, I think that is one of the quietest period. The current list is start at no reserve. Will be interesting to see how far this one goes. Tug also has a thread about it.
Since the 1st list is best offer deal, it probably is not one of their relief source, or if it is, it must go through special arrangement. One possibility is the old (current) owner neg. a better term with them. That probably is the reason their first list is best offer. I do wish the old owner make certain he/she is no longer in the ownership, although I doubt that will be the case.
I never hear anyone split the FF UDI contract. So this is just pure guess. I do see a fixed week contract with more than one week and get splited. I will assume it can be done through go through local government then FF to split a contract. And probably charge a few in each steps. And I doubt regular FF title/ownership service can or know how to handle this. So split it may not be an option for the seller or the old owner. It probably bemuch easier to have it splitted at the purchase time (this one probably is from retail purchase owner).
Each bidder should have their own valuaion method. And they have to know why they use that method. I do wsh every bidder did their home work. With the size like that, it probably is true. But I will guess some of them may need to arrage certain finacial. That is one bad thing using eBay to handle a transaction like that. Too many area can/should neg. And very little you can do in an auction. Eventually, eBy may come up something since there is opportunity there and they can easily be the only player there.
Last time in Yahoo group when an on-going eBay auction get discussed, it end up took out by seller, don't know if this one will end up in that, probably not. The way this one goes, I wll assum it may pass any offer the old list got already.
Although FF did increase its point value on the new resort they build, it still take a hug family to use that many points. With MF around $24k per year, it is very risky to purchase for personal use.
