Thats nice to hear, If you have a good joke then post it in the joke forum, they add up, Just don't stop after 15 posts because we might raise it to 25 soon. also it take almost an hour after your 15 posts to see it. If you log out and back in you might see it.

Well, I hit 15! AND I've been checking out the RCI Exchanges.

Here's my question... if I'm a Points member, what's the best way to take advantage of these... or can I?

Find what you want and book it before it disappears. You'll have to use your points for a weeks exchange as most of what is posted is in Weeks and not Points.

To access these availabilities as a Points member, do I look them up under RCI Points Vacations, RCI Weeks Reservations?

I've tried that with a couple of openings just posted. Some come up. Others don't. Is that because I'm a Points, rather than Weeks member?

And, if that's the case, is there any way I could gain access to those availabilities either online or by calling RCI?

You are looking for them correctly. The only reason they wouldn't come up for you is they are gone or the specific resort is a points resort.
