  • Your best trading ts?

    Brain Picking here....lol

Trying to figure out if most use a floating week/fixed for trading power if so what has been your best one so far?

Where would you buy again to get the best bang for your buck?

And what was the worse TS that you felt you purchased?

    Thanks, Tammy

If you buy a floating week as a trader, you should be sure that you can deposit the week you reserve. Some resorts choose which week they will deposit for you, they don't deposit the best weeks, they keep them for owners who want to visit the resort.

Southern Cal summer beach weeks trade very well with RCI.

My worst was my first, week 51 at the beach in NC. Still, we've had some great vacations using it as a trader - Scottsdale, Barbados, Vegas, Atlantic City, Daytona and Orlando.

Summer: SoCal Coastal, North and South Carolina Coastal have all traded very well for me.

      Good luck.

My best Trader is WorldMark. It trades well in everything. Bluegreen is second. Not as good as WorldMark, but cheaper when I can use it.

In II, I can see everything Angela posts except for units with resort group preference windows like Marriott and Starwood. Even those same Marriott's and Starwoods would have the same issue with other resort groups.

In RCI, you can call them up and trade credits for anything available in RCI. Only issue is that you must call them.

In SFX, they always give me a 3 for 1 for my deposit. They even did it for a late deposit.

In DAE, I can deposit a cheap dog week and get anything there.

I haven't yet tried TPI or HTSE, but both will accept WorldMark resorts for deposit. I will use them soon to see how good they are.

My worst purchase is a small RCI Points package I picked up on eBay a coupleof years ago at the French Quarter. 16000 points. I never use it, really. I should probably sell it.
