Will keep everyone posted on how smooth this transaction goes. Did receive 2 more followups from timeshareweb this morning via email, making sure we rec'd email'd paperwork. Hope now that Timeshare Closing Services has our money that everything will go smoothly.

Again, appreciate the responses to initial post. I had forgotten about TS4M website until it was mentioned on a post on TUG, so am glad I "traveled" over here. I see alot of TUGer's also are on this board and will now frequent both TUG and TS4M! Between ebay, TUG, and now TS4M's I'm sure we'll end up with TS #5 in the near future!

A great day to everyone!! Weather is warm and beautiful today in Michigan - will be out in our kayaks later this afternoon. Caught over 10 bass last night - biggest being around 18inches. It's a hoot watching me trying to reel in a big one - kayaks don't sit still much and luckily I haven't tipped over yet. I do LOVE to fish!!!

Marriott Spain required a copy of the purchaser's Passport ! so needless to say my prospect melted away.

We won an auction 2/26, and received the deed yesterday (5/7). Ten weeks may seem slow compared to others, but this was slightly less time than the time line they originally provided to me & the buyer. I'm satisfied!
Give me a place with 4 S's: Sun, sand, surf, & suds-Dale (from Illinois)

Didn't buy at DVC, couldn't justify cost (disneyholics, please don't flame me!!). Bought a cheap TS in Orlando (Vacation Villas at Fantasy World), and even though doesn't get best reviews, we actually like it. Also purchased 2 weeks at Sandpiper Beach Club at Siesta Key (our favorite, though again, some don't care for it). We're not into "mega resorts", prefer smaller, quieter ones. The one we just purchased (which is what this post was originally for) is at Discovery Beach Resort at Cocoa Beach. Mixed reviews on TUG, but I think we'll be happy there. Just give me a comfortable, clean unit - doesn't have to be fancy, and a great beach and I'm a happy camper (er, timesharer!!)
