Unfortunately, I don't think the redweek model is going to survive unless they come up with a better way to search for exchanges. If they can't get the inventory for prime weeks into their system, no one will deposit their own prime weeks to exchange for other prime weeks. Currently, they have mainly (possibly only - other than short term) low-demand weeks. It took too long to search. I checked a Country Club Villas 2 bedroom unit for July 2008, and it was valued at 1500 points, but I wouldn't deposit it unless I saw something I wanted, which doesn't seem likely to happen.

I'm hopeful (but not optimistic) that this will work...

I just figured out how to do searches... maybe there is hope, but the search isn't showing any interesting inventory.

      Confusing points offers

I just put in for my valuation and got these results:

      My 2BR, sleeps 8 lockoff, Fairfield Pagosa = 1900

My 1BR, sleeps 4 (only depositing the A side of the unit, Fairfield Pagosa = 1914

What!? I get MORE points for depositing only the A side of the unit than I would get if I deposit both the A&B sides?
