Well, of course I looked up Powhatan and they have one listing. It's for a floating week (Powhatan didn't sell floating weeks) and has last year's MFs. One listing for this mini-mega resort, two for Greensprings.... That should tell you how long they've been around. Another fine upfront fee company that lets you list for any old price they think you want to hear. Really nothing that may be of interest to others.

BTW, I was at your favorite Bass Pro shop today in Hanover.

I got a call from them today. Said they were looking at old information and just want to see if I still have an interest in selling my timeshare. I told him that I have never wanted to sell, so he asked if I wanted to rent. I told him I was at work and couldn't talk. He said he would send information.

I looked up the number to find out who they were. Their rental listing fee is up to $295 and their unlimited rentals are now only 2 years.

I won't be using them.
