  • Timesharing Today Magazine

I have never seen a copy of the magazine Timesharing Today.

According to their website, "TimeSharing Today magazine, founded in 1991, is the recognized leading independent magazine and advocate for the timeshare owner and enthusiast."

Is it a good publication and worth the money?

I've been a subscriber since 1997. They print 6 issues a year. Usually what's new has already been on the internet, so the news stories are dated. But, if you like magazines, I think you will like TST.

Probably because TST is an advocate for timeshare owners, it is worth supporting by being a subscriber.

I agree with TonyG that regular participants in TUG and TS4MS aren't going to find it exciting reading.

I am a regular on TS4MS and TUG, and I totally enjoy it. It is not really expensive. 12 issues for $24.00. That is a 2 year subscription since it is published every 2 months.

Same here I really enjoy the magazine and have subscribed for about 10 years.

My reviews and commentaries have been published many times in Timesharing Today, so I love the magazine!

Ray Jacobs' column on Timeshare Relief had my ire up for a while, so after a little festering, I finally wrote to the magazine and received a nice email from Ray himself. I think my commentary will be in next month's magazine, probably in the front with the letters.

Something I suggested was a page in the magazine for resorts to give away timeshare weeks that owners might otherwise pay Timeshare Relief. I wanted them to do it for free, as a service to timeshare owners. If they do that, as I think they might, their readership may go up, because I can see people here talking about it and being excited at the possibility of getting a free timeshare.

We will soon see if Timesharing Today would be bold enough to offer this to resorts. I know that Twin Rivers would take advantage of the page! Other resorts will follow quickly. Maybe TST won't do as I suggested, but if they do, AWESOME!

I have subscribed to TST for about 10 years and still enjoy receiving the magazine. I have also had an article published.

I used to subscribe and I liked it. I tried to renew it on-line with one of their specials and for some reason it never got processed. After about five emails back and forth it never did get cleared up. I gave up and actually I don't miss it.

I also like the magazine, but sometimes i find that i rip right thru it within a couple of days then have to wait two months for the next issue.

If you subcribe- you also get an online addition (tst express ) that updates the current things going on.( except that i cant change my e-mail address online - which i cant figure out.)
