From a Resale prospective has anyone heard of them? We are considering a purchase from them but wanted to see if any one has used them? Any advice would be great.

It's an adventure you can afford to bypass. However, buying thru them may be OK-just make sure there is a reputable escrow agent handling the money.

I have fixed the link for you...here

It appears that they try to resolve issues but not enough details to know what really happened

Thanks a million. This is very good information and I am so thankful we did not proceed with the transaction. It sounded a little too good to be true.

I just got a call from them. They are now charging $295 for a rental listing. He (sales guy Bill) was telling me that he generally figures on listing for $200 a night. On their website front page, the featured resorts were listed at $100 a night. So, 40% of the week goes for their listing, that is if it gets rented.

Even if they get $200 a night, $1400 for the week, that is over 20% off the top.

I would like to rent out a few weeks, but paying out $300 for a single week listing is just nuts.
