Peppertree at Tamarack in Wis. Dells as a rental

Anyone have any experiences renting out a 2 bdrm summer unit at Peppertree at Tamarack? If so what would be a good rental price for a week?

I live about 80 miles form the Dells and I am thinking of buy a week to use or rent.

Peppertree doesn't not have a waterpark. Glacier Canyon which is managed by Fairfield which also has all or part of Peppertree does have a waterpark.

As for MF, if you own a Summer unit weeks 25/26 to 32/33 you should get around $800-900/week maybe bit more or less. I just purchased there and its main advantage is its proximity to the the action in the Dells. I also own at CMV and I personally like the resort better than Peppertree as its away from the hustle and bustle of the Dells and its onsite golf course.

There are a lot of Peppertree/Mirror Lake units for sale. Have fun buying.

As a side note: Peppertree is now managed by Festiva, not Wyndham. That may end the discounted admission to the waterparks in the complex that holds Glacier Canyon.
