Is this a good deal? What are your thoughts on the Hiltons? Can I find it cheaper?

I hope you got the rescission out in time. I have 5 HGVC properties, with the first being from Hilton in 1997 (before I had Internet). All of the others have been purchased at Hilton managed properties, rather than Hilton developed. One of these was from the site sales staff, two off eBay, and one private party. The last two purchases were 5000 annual points for $4875 & $4550, including all fees. Each resort has it's own rules regarding reservations, converting to points, etc., but all of my aftermarket properties converted to points work just like the original developer property.
