My teenage son wants to bring a friend with him for Spring Break. What are some places where two teenage boys could have a good time with limited independence (rather than 24/7 supervison) but also avoid temptations? Having things to do without a car is a must. He would like a beach location, but we'd prefer to drive rather than fly to a place where the water would be warm.
