  • Who is "Quality Vacations" on eBay?

Judging from his brand new web site, he is not a PPC. I noticed that Quality Vacations has a "Laguna Surf" up for bid that runs out in about 6 hours or at 7.15 PM PST (item #160149563316). Laguna Surf is a little independent floating timeshare in Laguna Beach, CA and is right on the ocean on a bluff. It's our favorite timeshare of all if we get an oceanfront unit. I would bid on it in a heart beat if it were a fixed unit but not now. It would be interesting for us to follow this auction.

Has anyone heard of this seller and seen his new web page here?
TimeshareWeb.comThe ultimate Timeshare Marketplace for Resort Developers, Management Companies, Sellers, and Buyers of Timeshare will be launching in 2007!
The site will contain the latest news regarding resorts, selling and renting tools, and buying strategies. It will also include a live forum allowing members to share valuable information on the latest market trends. It’s FREE to Join!
TimeshareWeb.com is not an appraisal or listing company that charges upfront fees!
    Two eBay questions here.

    1. Do they show live auctions where you see the bidding take place?

    2. How do you find completed auctions. I read how but I don't seem to do it right. TIA.

Looks very nice but $580+$50tax=$630, kinda expensive for a 1BR and while I'm sure it's great all year, the float doesn't cover summer.

I can guarantee you that they could be termed a PCC. Many of them are now soliciting directly through notes on their eBay listings and their own websites.

To see completed auctions, click on "advanced search" and check the box for searching completed auctions.
... not enough time for all the timeshares ®

The correct acronym is PCC. That is a PostCard Company. One that convinces many (usually elder) to pay $3K to turn over their "worthless" timeshare to a PCC and then the PCC turns around and off loads it on e-bay sometimes letting a worthwhile timeshare go for $1.
