As I posted earlier, we have sold our San Luis Bay Inn timeshare. We received the check in the mail last Friday from Timeshare Transfer Inc. so the deal is completed. The sale went very smoothly. I strongly recommend Timeshare Transfer Inc for closing.

Doesn't it feel good to be out from under ever increasing maintenance fees and SA's, exchange fees,fees for paper work to exchange, all the mess to actually make an exchange work ??????????????????????????????????

Yes, it does feel good. Increasing maintenance fees has never been an issue as the M/F have only increased a total of $26 in 18 years. The main reason for selling is that we no longer have have much use for it as our travel preferences have shifted from timeshare to non-timeshare. The clinching factor was when Wynhdam took over the management making it very difficult to reserve my week. Prior to Wynhdam taking over this year, I had no trouble reserving a prime summer week. Now you have to call at 5:00 am on the first day. Wynhdam is playing funny games with the reservation process.

I still have my Gaslamp Plaza Suites timeshare which we will keep for trading and bonus time in downtown San Diego.

I used Timeshare Transfer, Inc. back in April of 2004 when we sold our Hyatt Sunset Harbor Resort in Key West. They were very good back then & as you have stated in your post, they are still doin good today. Glad to hear they are still doin good work, smooth transfer & they have the nicest people workin for them.
