Ahhh, how nice to acknowledge a mistake and offer a peek behind the curtain: WE'RE ON IT vs RCI "technical hoo hah blather yada yada" that loosely translates to 'we screwed up and don't care, but that's ok, it's why we have weekly maintenance to create even more problems, and job security at a place we hate that makes us work EVERY SATURDAY NIGHT! You think we have it bad, call the VC's - they have started making stuff up, they hate this place so bad!"
Sorry, couldn't help myself with the RCI bit. I got a chuckle out of DAE's message - geeks can provide 'friendly error messages' and they really did!
