Hello, family of 5 would like to visit timeshare from Dec. 30th for 3 nights does anyone know of any specials or you can use us as a referal. looking for San Diego.

Since NYE is probably one of they most desired times to vacation and those weeks are typically sold as fixed holiday weeks at a premium, I suspect you may find it hard to get a tour promotional package during that time frame.

We own 7 timeshare and, while all that are in active sales have a promotional package, all of them have black out dates that typically include the major holiday's such as NYE. None of the timeshare I own are in San Diego and all have restrictions that would most likely prevent you from touring on a promotional package for your dates.

Maybe someone else here will be able to help you but I'd have a tough time hanging my hopes on a cheap trip over NYE. On the other hand there may be rentals available but, since week 52 generally sells at a premium and there are people willing to rent for a premium my bet is it's not going to be inexpensive.

I would not give up hope for new year as they may well use the services of another hotel or resort nearby. With NYE being expensive as it is, I doubt they will offer you. If they are worth their salt they should be used to their owners referrals (if they have a such a thing) to visit during such a time. Pick up an II or RCI catalogue, pick a few that you like the look of and call them..ask to speak to a telemarketer, not sales. The telemarketer will jump at the chance for easy pickings.
