TimeShare Escrow Process

Hello, I am a student at El Camino College and have to give a 20 min presentation on the TimeShares Escrow process. I have to have handouts also. I have been trying to contact different companies but can get no replies. Can anyone help me with getting sample documents to present as handouts and also where I can go to learn more about the escrow process for TimeShares? My Escrow book only has a paragraph relating to this topic.
