Hey all. I've done a bunch of searches on closing costs and from what i've read they all seem to vary. I'm trying to get an idea what an 'average' closing cost would be on a resale timeshare? Thanks for your help.
It does depend on where and if it's a deed or not. $ 250 is about the bottom of the range (including escrow but not title insurance). Some states, such as SCarolina may require a lawyer to be involved or such as Hawaii which has a complex process may be more costly.
