transferring a spacebank week

I am in the process of selling a week and the new owner would like a week I spacebanked to be transferred before the deed is recorded. I have the membership transfer form from RCI, but that states the week needs to be recorded first. Does anyone know how to transfer a spacebank week before the week owned is transferred to the buyer?

As long as the new owner has an RCI account, it is very easy to transfer. RCI does charge a $75 transfer fee.

The last time I did a spacebank transfer from my existing account to someone else's existing account it took about 3 weeks and cost $79.

Important to get signatures from everyone on both accounts and KEEP following up with RCI.

If he is interested in booking a guest certificate costs less than a transfer. You will also keep control of the week in case the sale is not completed. If you transfer the week and the sale fails the deposit is in the other account.
