I did a search for Royal Holiday Club > and found nothing but allegations, and I know they are true, that posters were ripped off Royally by them.

That site is only one of many consumer complaint sites of which most have timeshare(s) as a topic.

I own 5 HGVC properties, and happy with the company. I'm happy to see only 2 complaints for HGVC. Like most companies, they try hard to convince you to buy (and their sales staff will lie), but are reputable in giving you what you are promised.

So many of the complaints are either by people that believed the sales spiel or have unreasonable expectations without learning how the system really works.

I don't think counting how many any one company has is something any real conclusions can be based on, except maybe their reach.

We reported two incidents and received wonderful results. Little did we know, companies pay extremely close attention to this website and the consumers' complaints.

Was it called Planet Feedback? I use to use their services, but hardly received a response from the companies. Either they ignored me or didn't received the emails.

I was glad to see that APVC wasn't listed although one of the hotel groups discount cards got a mention.
