I finally had to call Southwind Management to get my MF's for two of our resorts. I didn't realize they're MF's weren't due until Feb. 15th so they have just sent out bills in the last couple of weeks via snail mail.

I.I. GTO: Grand Regency at Thousand Hills in Branson, MO $268 for a 1 bedroom "E" unit.

RCI #5824: French Quarter Resort in Branson, MO 3 bedroom penthouse unit (non-LO) is $514

Each resort has a variety of units. Hopefully I'll recieve our billing soon. Our previous billing for Grand Regency listed the MF's for all the different styles of units they have. If/when I get the actual billing I'll update for the MF's on the different varities of units.

Current info loaded. I'd really like that info if you can provide it Doug.

My dues all seem to be up a lot this year, particularly Maui. Both of my Hawaiian resorts have excellent management and have contained costs extremely well over the 10+ years I have owned them, but it seems inflation is finally catching up to them! Here are my current fees, along with the original fees when I bought them all in 1996 - 1997:

0755 Maui Lea at Maui Hill one bedroom $728.00. - $456.00

2326/KOC Kona Coast 1 one bedroom $663.00 - $472.00

0899/WGV Westgate Vacation Villas one bedroom $579.00. - $361.50.

I have five (5) 1bd golf villa deeds which equals 2,500 SunOptions each

15,000 SunOptions = $1,453 MF (Had a 20% increase this yr.)

OUCH! 20% is a steep hike. Thanks for the info. added to the database. to TS4Ms.
