The number for Cypress Pointe Grand Villas is incorrect. That is for a 2 bedroom. For three it's $794 with taxes. Here are the official numbers from the Board meinutes of August 2007: (CPGV)

One Bedroom $549.77

Two Bedroom $685.54

Three Bedroom $794.13

Cypress Pointe Resort Orlando 3 Bedroom, with taxes $ 785.

I believe Branson has few HOA, you may want to look at the deed and see which one yours belong to.

Ridge Tahoe two bedroom 2008 fee was $884.00 including tax of $36.56

This is in Lake Tahoe and is for buildings Naegles and Tower units.
