Requesting 2008 MFs for your resorts

We all know how much I always need another project.

Since it is that time of year when most resorts want thier 2008 dues and we all have the numbers to hand...

Please respond to this thread.

List:

Resort and Unit Size (and season if there are different fees for different times of the year) and whether that unit is a lockout. If so how does it breakdown.

I'd like to get some of this information into the resort database.

Don't know if you want the MF for points based systems or not.
But I have points in FF/Wyndham with home resort of Kona Hawaiian Resort.
My new MF are $3.30 per 1K points.\
I have 510,000 points.
The MF for Wyndham points are different depending on where your home resort is.

Summer Bay Las Vegas - $440 for any size unit
Sand Pebbles, Solana Beach CA - $294 - studio
Sweetwater at Waikiki - $425 - 1BR
Dikhololo - $252 incl. currency exchange fee - 1BR (this would vary day to day with the Rand value and also if your company charges to convert)

Interesting point Ken. We will have to figure out a place to put that kind of information as it will also prove very useful. Not resort specific but system specific MFs.

If I go down that path it could get hairy as there will be cost averaging etc and will be difficult to represent in an accurate and easy to understand format.

Thanks for doing this, Lawren. Should be interesting. Also it reminded me that I haven't gotten a bill for our "new" timeshare that closed earlier this year, so I e-mailed to ask. For fixed weeks, does everybody get their bill in December? Or does the bill actually come in January?
