Timesharing Today - Maintenance Fees - Information
January - February, 2008 (Issue #97)
An informal survey was done by TimeSharing Today Subscribers
regarding annual Maintenance Fees, paid by timeshare owners
and a number of resort managers also provided information.
Appears the article is a combination of owner`s opinions of the
resorts they own and how their maintenace fees have gone up.

Related, our resort is in the process of changing management companies. The old one RMG is already like Elvis, having left the building.
If anyone has any suggestion for me to pass along, let me know, cuz our Board has always been so open to my thoughts.
Some things that were previously covered elsewhere in the budget are going to be covered by the interval owners (a minority). Although the change has not been implemented for this year, it appears that one of our weeks may get up to $300.
The announcements have been confusing, so I had to email them to see if I owe anything, since we are paid through 2009. They said no, not unless they bill me for any increase.
