Timeshares in Bahamas- Royal Oasis

I have never been here and don't know if I ever would go here, but I was reading an interesting article about increasing tourism and timeshares in the Bahamas. On the same page there was a link for a second article which mentioned a timeshare resort called the Royal Oasis which was destroyed by a hurricane in 2004 and has never been rebuilt. I guess there is a class action suit that has been initiated due to the loss of use and trades. Here is the full article for contact information.

I sometimes worry that may happen at one of the resorts that I own since some of them are in the islands and near a beach.
