No, sorry. If it was me that caused it to be deleted, I'm sorry for that, too.

I posted because it was so strange that yours and the one offering an AC was simultaneous of the Lounge, as if the second poster did not even look to notice the post immediately before it. To be fair, however, they were consecutive because one of the two threads had had a reply, and it was consecutive to the other post.

I did not post because I thought there was rules infraction. You know, snitching!? One thread was asking for an AC and the other appeared to be giving one away.

Janapur, that is what I love about this board -- people helping others. It was my pleasure to help you out with the St Maarten week -- I couldn't use it and you could.

With respect to Debi's request for an AC, I just happen to have one sitting in my II account that I knew I would not use. To be honest, I have too many weeks deposited all over the place and just can't use them all. I am a timeshare junkie. In any event, what was tricky was getting II to extend the expiration date of my AC. Interestingly, I called II and the rep told me that the AC can't be extended. I realized however that I was not talking to the Marriott desk at II (since I own a Marriott timeshare). When I spoke to the Marriott II rep and explained what I wanted to do for a "friend", he said he would grant me an exception. Thus, Debi got her week at the Marriott Cypress Harbour. Again, glad I could help out somebody on this board.
