  • Online Timeshare Rental Websites - Any Good Ones?

    hello everyone:

I am looking for an excellent online timeshare rental website that only charges you a flat rate to post your listing. I used to use Vacationspot but it has been closed for a while and I haven't rented recently. I have at least 3 weeks that I am trying to rent. I am looking for someplace that has excellent exposure that members have had good luck with.

    Thanks

Redweek.com and Myresortnetwork.com are both good. I prefer Redweek. It's pricey now. But, they get a ton of traffic. You get more serious inquiries there. Lots of lookers on Myresortnetwork.com.

Bidshares is good is you have a great week and you want to get rid of it at a low price.

Same with eBay. You seem to get a lot of bottom feeders there.

As a potential renter/buyer, I prefer myresortnetwork.com or any other site that does not require me to pay to obtain the contact information for a possible rental/purchase.

There are some specialty sites out there that do a good job of attracting renters. For the Royals, Mexicondo is about the best. For Williamsburg, Spence would be the guy to ask.
