Real Estate Commission Complaint Form

I have heard about taking a Real Estate Commission complaint form with you when you go to a presentation. I also have heard to have it on the table from the very first and to get the sales agents name and license number before the presentation starts. How many of you practice this tactic? Do you think it sits the tone of the presentation on a bad note. I will admit that I only go to presentations for the free gifts. Do you think this makes for a faster presentation. I would like to hear from people who have used it.
