Anyone hear of this closing company? I did a board search and found very little. Just wanted to find out if anyone has had any dealings with this company and how your experience was. Thanks for your help.

Easy solution. Ask them to tell you what states they are licensed in as a closing/escrow company. See if it is the one you need and then ask if they have separate escrow accounts, who their underwriters are if they issue title insurance etc.
Those of us out in the real world that do closings the correct way have paid for all the licenses and bonds and insurance and escrow accounts etc.
Ask them if an attorney in the state of the timeshare is preparing their deed, etc. It is your money, you need to decide if they are legit or not.
BTW, if your timeshare is in SC or NC I can tell you that you will need an attorney licensed in those states to do your closing or at least the deed. Those 2 states are very protective of the attorneys and like to go after closing companies for the unauthorized practice of law.
