Heck, I could do that now. Last year just at CMV we rented out 88 reservations. I think we only have about 110 to about 130 reservations to play with each year.

We just got back after being at the Hot "C" from March 14 to March 25, 2008. We sold our week 11 at the Hot "C" to one of the board members but plan to keep our floating weeks 4 and 5. ( They are available for rent in 2009.

The weather was nice in Staint Croix on our dumpy resort's (that we rrrrrrrrrreally like ) private Island. We won 3 prizes for the Tuesday night drawing. One was a $45 certicate for use at the resort for water sports. The over was for a bracelet and the other was for a 1/2 day sail snorkle trip to Buck Island.

We rolled over two 2008 weeks to use as weeks 10 and 11 in 2009 and use our two ownership weeks as weeks 4 and 5 if they do not rent out in 2009.

In regards to the Lindo Mar we e now have a week 8 reserved for for us in 2009 as of March 24, 2009 for our use with this new ownership by the seller.
What is nice about this ownership that it is not your typical Mexican right to use and is managed by Trading Places.

We love the location and that there are less than 50 units and only 6 of the units are 2 bedroom 2 bath deluxe units while 30 units are deluxe 1 bedrooms and 6 other "Standard" units are 2 bed 2 bath.

All units are of the older tradtionial style and are fairly roomy and all are ocean front units. Our resort is more of a laid back relaxing ocean front stlye resort. We love the sound of the waves.

We have again traded into to the Lindo Mar for Sept 6 to Sept 20, 2008 for our wedding Anniversery and also again traded into the Lindo Mar for Dec 27, 2007 through Jan 10, 2009 to vacation with.

We now have our 4 regular 2 bed Lindo Mar ownership weeks reservered in 2009 for one week 4, two week 5's and one week 6 to go with our 2 bed deluxe reserve for week 8 Feb 21 -28, 2009.

If our ownership weeks do not rent out then we may have to use them for vacations or reserve them for other dates exactly 11 months for the check in dates that we may want.

Being retired and doing at least one timeshare vacation on the average every month is a tough job but someone has to do it and being stuck living on a Wisconsin Lake the rest of the time is also a terrible budren but we try to make the best of it.

No, just playing around with my hobby-avocation-addiction and mostly paying for our timeshare vacations with rental monies and flipping a few for sales once in a while.

Figuring out income for taxes is the biggest pain in the butt about my hobby-avocation-addition.

But I "Think" I only need a few more timeshare ownerships to cure my addiction. But the number of weeks is unknown but I am sure I will know what the exact number is when I reach it.
