I've stayed in that Wyndham and I have to say it's a very nice property if you like Atlantic City.

No, it's 52,500 annually, it would be an eoy stay. That's what he told me yesterday.

Is there a chart that would show me what those points would get me at another resort in the Wyndham system? Right now I'm thinking it's not enough points.

No not exactly. The way they do a EOY deed is to give you a deed for 1/2 of the total points, here 52,500 but the deed only allows you to use the points every other year, either in an odd or even dated year.

Therefore, you would get to use 105,000 points every other year. Wyndham requires you to pay your maintenance fees annually. Those fees would be based on the 52,500 points given in your deed.

As far as the points needed, see my post above about what unit size and weeks 105,000 points would allow you to stay for a full week.

Please understand you would not get 52,500 every year but 105,000 points every other year.

I know others have already said this, but the maintenance fee are definitely on the high side in AC, I think it was around $5.65 per thousand points. If you really had interest in Wyndham's systems there are plenty of other resorts that would be easily $1-2 cheaper per thousand on maintenance. AC would be on the bottom of my list to buy(even it was free). Wyndham points are practically free on ebay now, at least compared to developer prices

OK guys, thanks for the tips. I think I'm going to pass on this one. I think I would rather have more points and a lower maintenance fee.
