Look under Cancellation or Recision Period. It should spell out the timeframe in which you have to cancel and the procedure to follow for the cancellation.

Look for something like "cancellation," if it doesn't say "rescission." Or maybe "termination." Or just read the entire thing until you find it, but FIND IT. They could easily have it hidden under a completely unrelated heading, unless prohibited by law.

I know I answered your posts to read the fine print of your contract. It is in there and then follow it exactly. I don't know exactly where you bought but you seem to be interested in Maui. I would take your time and read a lot before making your next offer. This time re-sale, I would think.

You don't have to hurry because deals come on the market every day. The fares are getting so expensive to Hawaii that you will see better deals later. You may even think about renting as it was quiet on the island of Maui even during Easter week.

I think you are referring to the OP of the other thread (yabebe). They were looking at Maui. DW24 bought at Eagle Trace.
Maybe the threads should be split

                        Jericap,

I see what you mean. I wonder if we should delete these two posts because I am confusing everyone and certainly newbies. Sorry. It is OK to delete my post for the person in charge.

Yabebe has time to buy a re-sale in Maui and DW24 has rescinded her contract by now, I hope. She can buy it again so much cheaper or find something better yet.

I'm a he Yeah, I probably will find something better. The more I stick around here...the last four or five hours...the more I realize how much the sales team was lying to me. I am starting to put the pieces together about what they were telling me and what they weren't telling me?

Beyond that. I have lots of Q's.

See, they ask you for 90 minutes, but look what happens...

Cancel your contract, then come back and ask us all you want. Oh, and in case we forgot in the rescission fervor... [SIGN]Welcome to TS4ms[/SIGN]. And if someone beat me to it I missed it, I haven't been around much the last few days because I am on a GREAT vacation obtained by exchanging one of my timeshares purchased after careful research
