    Your opinon on timeshare sales people of resale companies verses Developer Sales people?

    Which do you think serve the general public better?

    Which do you think as a general group are more honest?

    Do you care to share any other thoughts about the 2 groups?

    Both groups have a major percentage of scumbags,liars and crooks. If nothing else, the developers tend to play more within the law and you often get something, tho highly overpriced, for your money.

      Bruce, you are wound up tight today

      Anyway. Most developer or in house sellers, IMHO, either don't know what they are doing, don't care what they tell you or are just out to make their profit for the day. Once in a while I do learn something that is helpful, but more often than not, it is either stories or BS and then we go to the ‘here is how I will try to get your money’.

      But...if they didn't sell, if everyone bought off the resale market, would there be any future development? We would get the initial sale by the developers, and once they have made the sale, they will generate not more income and there are no more resorts.

      So, while I will never buy from them again, I appreciate that they are able to sell so BG is able to bring in more income and build or expand into new areas and give us new resorts.

      And yes, I would much rather buy from a reseller. No pressure, you go to them, they are not chasing you down. They just handle the sale.

      I hope that doesn't make everyone mad, but ya gotta have the developer buyers at some point, or we go no where for future development. Most of us have done it, and learned our lessons.
