We are looking to close on a timeshare and the seller wants to use Timeshare Transfer, Inc. Has anyone used them and if so how were they (Susan) to work with from a Buyers perspective?

I used them exclusively in the past but about a year ago they stopped taking business......not sure what happened and what the status is now.....but I was always happy with them as a buyer and a seller.

I checked their website out recently for a possible usage and it appears they are up and running. Very few complaints from all I have heard and certainly better than Timeshare Closing Services that I've had less than satisfactory experiences with.

I've used them several times and have been very pleased with both the price and efficient service. The last closing was a few years ago and we were vacationing near their offices a the Vistana Beach resort. We dropped in to pick up our cheque and Susan gave us a guided tour, introducing us to most of their staff - a most pleasant experience.

I believe there are some special legal requirements for South Carolina sales and they may be unwilling to bother with them any more. Perhaps someone would know what it or they are- I seem to remember something about a lawyer having to be involved.

I have nothing but good to say about Susan Gale and Timeshare Transfer. My experience with them goes back to exactly the time they left Prodox to start their own company. Susan was handling a sale for us at Prodox and suddenly disappeared. I was upset at first, but as I continued on with Prodox, and all the effort it took on my part to make sure that transaction got completed, any resentment I had toward Susan and Tia went away.

Susan handled two transactions for us subsequently. One transaction was with a Hong Kong buyer, and she handled that with flying colors.

They took some flack Over Yonder, from a person with a title under his name, something which seems to give more credibility than it should. During that episode I was in touch with both Susan and Tia and I found them to be totally professional, cordial and straight-forward. I encouraged them to answer the insults Over Yonder.

Wisely they chose not to. Look at the flack Madge takes for trying to present her company's position.

Sometimes Internet Forums distort the truth, because the input of a single person can be dominating, at the same time they purport to be the truth.

I would suspect that Susan and Tia will always have more business than they can handle.

I used Tia back when we sold our Hyatt Sunset Harbor timeshare in Key West ~~ She was right on top of everything includin my help with her with Hyatt rep on resales ~~ I knew the lady at Hyatt resales & had ask her bout my sellin our timeshare ~~ She gave me the info I needed & we ad on the Internet at one of the websites ~~ It sold very quickly ~~ Got in touch with Tia & told her everything & it was done in less than two weeks ~~ There was no cost to me ~~ Would I do it again ~~ yes ~~ with no hesitation ~~

I've used Tia several times both buying and selling. She is very thorough and professional, and always faster than I expect. I would recommend the company without reservations.

If you are closing a deal in South Carolina, I have a good contact there as well.
