I need some information about Spinnaker on Hilton Head

We own at Cottages as Shipyard. We love HHI but we have week 27. Week 6 is definitely off season. The Waterside TSs came with four rounds of golf a day which is great for golfers even in February. The golf transfers with the first resale. But I'd still walk away.
