Anyone get through for MROP???

I've been calling since before 7, got hung up on twice, and keep getting that irritating recording... circuits busy...

Busy.

I've called many times and it's always busy. Frustrating to say the least.

I was able to get through at 7:25 to the reservation line, but was number 33 in line. I've been on hold for almost 2 hours!! I have to leave the house now.... UGH!!!!!!

First day to schedule

Today is the first day that MROP members without priority can request their 2009 vacation week. That is probably most MROP members. We're calling to get a week we want to use or failing that, a week that will have decent trading power with RCI or II. I have a lot of respect for the young women that I have talked to at MROP over the years. They have always been competent and really tried to do their best to get me a week that would work for me. I really can't complain about them but they are swamped today and maybe for days to come. I hope that next year MROP has a functioning website and a better procedure for scheduling 2010 vacation weeks.

I was on hold for 2 1/2 hours, but finally got a week at Pend Oreille Shores. That was a long wait... If it takes them 2 1/2 hours to get through 33 people (that was the message when I called in) then they are not going to be able to process a whole lot of people today. At least for next year, they will only be processing one month at a time, not the entire use year beginning on a single day.

no luck

I just got busy signals today. Never got through. I couldn't stay on hold for 2 or 3 hours -- had to do other things. What a pain!

I was lucky I had priority into St George. It took me a long time to get thru but I just put my phone on speakerphone and did what else I had to do. I am looking forward to my stay in the new 3br ts. Hope everyone gets what they either want to stay at or for exchanging. Hugs, Shaggy

I did get through on the telephone and was able to make a reservation that I plan to use and am happy with. I also emailed them but got through on the phone before I got a response, so emailed her back to let her know.
