Hello,
I am John & my wife is Ruth.
We are retired and live in the Phoenix area.
We own 2 weeks at Vistana in Orlando. We also owned a week in Grand Cayman at Indies Suites. Hurricane Ivan destroyed it. We lost most of our equity in the resort. It was inadequately insured.
If I have any advice, it would be to buy only under the US flag.
We currently trade through RCI.

It's a shame that you lost so much! Hurricanes are a mighty force that cause so much destruction.
