SumDay Vacations....has anyone had any experience with them?

They sell on ebay and at their own site. Has anyone used them. What was/is your experience with them.

    Thanks.

    No problems

I bought a couple from him a few years ago when he was just getting into the ebay thing. There is no escrow as he does the closing. (at least upfront about it as opposed to the fake escrow a lot "use"). Closing went well in timely fashion. Communication was ok. No real complaints.

I bought a Wyn resale from them. Good closing costs. Communicated well. Sent deed for filing within a week. No escrow company. They do all of the work in-house. When I had a question, they were responsive.

I would work with them again.

I purchased 1 week from them and everything went smoothly. Had one of the quickest closings on any resort which was in Aruba and took only about six weeks from start to finish.

I bought from Sumday Vacations and they RIPPED me off!

I bought a 10,000 annual vacation on eBay from Sumday vacations auction and they gave me a bi-annual one instead ( and of coarse it isn't noted on the transfer deed when you send it to bluegreen for processing, you find out after the transfer is done) and now they won't refund my money or make it right unless I pay around $1,000. in transfer fees and membership fees to bluegreen which I'm already a member. Stay away from these guys as they are not honest sellers of timeshares!:
