Hello from Greece
This year we bought our first Timeshare in Greece
Coming back to Athens we found in Ebay some really cheap offers for timeshare from a company SumVacations
Does anyone know anything about that?
Is it secure to buy from that seller
Are they normal timeshares ?
How it comes to sell instead of houndres thousants dollars weeks for $1 till $50??
I did bet in one and I won the auction but I want to be sure before I pay that someone knows about that

The closing amount for the auction was 40$ so I am a bit affraid because it is for 2 floting weeks RED in Puerto Vallarta
The resort that I found it is in the list of hotels of RCI
Please help me with your experience

I believe the one you are referring to is: SumDay Vacations.

18 months ago I purchased a Cypress Pointe I property from them on Ebay. All went fine. I see they have a 98.9 % feedback, and any problems I believe is because they are a small operation, and don’t have the experience with all the resorts like the more sophisticated resellers.

They did handle the Closing themselves and only charged $200.00 complete.

They sell cheap becuase they are reselling for people no longer wanting the weeks. Mexico is over built with timeshare and that is another reason it is cheap in my opinion.

I have purchased a resale timeshare from Sumday off of ebay. They had good communication and low closing costs. They were responsive and efficient in getting the deed transferred and recorded.
