Else the most reliable seller will be yourself. In that case, the most reliable advertise agent will be either free of charge - this site, your parent's timeshare internet group (check if they are there), craigslist, vacationtimesharerentals, bidshare. Than the big named agent eBay. And somewhere in between ad agent that charge very low for a long time.
There are some ok closing company, you can go to tug to check them (How to Sell Your Timeshare (and avoid getting scammed!) - Timeshare Users Group Online Community Forums).
If you really prefer some agent, make sure you don't pay anyone upfront, we have some constant poster that specialist certain resort group, you can check their post and see if you find people mention them, most of them are doing high end group though. If your parent's timeshare has its own forum, they may mention it in there.
The current economic are not very good, so it will take a while maybe 2 to 3 years for good timeshare to get sold. be patient, in the meantime, try to use them to max. what your parent's paid for MF.
