Quickly doing the math from info stated within your initial post, you're apparently going to be released from a valid $13,000+ (and growing) debt by merely agreeing to bid farewell to the just under $5k that you are "out of pocket" so far to date, with no further effort or action required on your part beyond that of signing the re-conveyance documents provided to you.

It's just my personal opinion, but this certainly seems to me to be a pretty generous offer and gesture on the part of Wyndham. I hope you won't hesitate any longer than the time it takes to get your signature notarized to accept their offer and get those documents back in the mail.

as quick as I can get to my notary then I will start a vacation fund at the credit union I belong so my daughter and I can do a vacation she loved the cruise when we did that so maybe I can do that again and My mom has Disney Vacation club lol when wyndham releases me I will post good things because it is nice of them to release me. I am just glad I got suspicious about that one joker how bad are you when you are trying to take advantage of people that already feel they are being taken advantage of. never mind

I will be filing with the BBB in the next few days there is a high success rate with the BBB it seems the best way to go at the moment here is the link for the BBB as far as Florida goes. I've done a lot of research on Paisola , and it leads me to believe that Paisola is actually the person that's running . Paisola also has a really unethical association with whereby ripoffreport posts "real" consumer complaints about companies and Western Capital then offers a service to clean up your reputation. It's basically extortion (Paisola's M.O. of choice).
