Event Weeks at Westgate Villas

We are considering selling a Westgate Vacation Villa timeshare. It is a week 27 (usually July 4th week). Westgate considers it an “Event Week”, but I can not find anything on the ‘westgateresorts.com’ site that identifies “Event Weeks”.

When I ‘Google’ “Westgate Resorts Even Weeks”, I get back TUG references and Redweek.com references along with other re-sales sites, but nothing at Westgate.

Does anyone know if/where it is listed on the Westgate site. I thought it would be good to reference it in any ads I put together.

One other pre-sale thing you should do is check for "right of first refusal". CFI has been known to claim it when it was not in the contract, so it would be best to know beforehand.

You may believe that Wk27 is usually 4th of July but if you check a timeshare calendar you will find that it is 4th of July only about 50% of the time, Wk26 shares about equally over the long haul, so I wouldn't advertise it as usually.
