Wastegate Call Center Shut Down

Yesterday (10/3), when the 100 employees of the Wastegate Call Center in Springfield, MO showed up for work, security escorted them in to pick up their personal stuff, and then back out.

Wastegate had closed it without notice and refused to comment to local (Springfield) news reporters.

So much for King David's soray into our little Bible-belt economy.

I hope all 100 employees file for unemployment and are eligible. This will rise his unemployment employer (UI) tax rate for next year.
