Do you have a way that you manage your timeshares? With 10+, some fixed, some floating, some every other year and with using some at the home resort, exchanging the rest with RCI, II, SFX, TPI, etc., getting bonus weeks, ACs, etc., it is becoming more complex to keep track of everything. I am hoping that someone might have developed a system to manage their timeshares. Also, need to keep track of maintenance fees, taxes where they have to be paid direct to the state, etc.

I use a spreadsheet...one summary sheet on top and each resort with it's own worksheet. The individual worksheet has the year, MF's, what size unit was deposited, who I deposited with, where i traded, when the exchange happened, what size unit I received, if i received a bonus week ( those are tracked on a separate worksheet), and then I put the dates of the vacation on the summary page so I know at a quick glance when I'm going on vacation.
I've only been doing this the past 2-3 years.
