They are related to the Grand Pacific Resorts. They manage the Carlsbad Inn, The Grand Pacific Palisades, Carlsbad Seapoint, Coronado Beach Hotel and Others. We rented a couple of nights from them at a timeshare by Disneyland.
Their service was fine the resort was just OK. It was Dolphins Cove

They are also associated with Monarch Grand Vacations (also out of SoCal).

Members of MGV can use their points to stay at the resorts which are associated with Resort time. Personally I don't think it was worth the points.

They had a night I wanted at WMH. But I was able to get the same (high) rate from WMH directly, no deposit, cancelable up to day of checkin. Resortime wanted a non-refundable deposit of over $100. I may not keep the room the extra night, but I'm glad to have it as a backup if we don't feel like switching locations. I would be curious to know what the rate would be for "premium," as in paying, ResorTime members; somehow I suspect the promised discounts might be disappointing...

DRI offers free membership to THE Club members, but I've never used it.
... not enough time for all the timeshares ®

I get a free membership as a Wyndham owner, but it's not the "premium" membership. The regular membership looks pretty useless.

With Resortime 2 years ago I helped a good friend get into Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach New Years week when all the travel agents could get was Plaza Las Glorias. The price was reasonable for the time. Buy owning at Carlsbad Inn I get owners pricing. My friend saved money by buying the premier membership for that trip.
