Do you have any relationship to hatrack? The family resemblance is amazing.

Out of any two timesharing companies in the industry, I would say that Bluegreen and WorldMark are the most alike. And, their resorts cover different parts of the country.

I would love to see that marriage occur as long as WorldMark gets a divorce from Trendwest and Cendant first.

I also read last night that the Bluegreen Corporation is not doing so well with selling real estate because of the rising interest rates but the timeshare business is still doing well and keeping them afloat. That's interesting so timeshare developments are still hot!

I wonder how much more fish you will catch today. I quickly read TUG too.
